How to make a Tenancy Application

  • All properties are rented on an Application basis – not “first come first served”.
  • Complete the provided pre-tenancy application – Click here to view and print the application PDF).
  • Provide an acceptable form of  photo Identification.
  • Provide either copies of written references or contact names and phone numbers.
  • An appointment will me made and your application will be assessed by the Property Manager.
  • You will subsequently be advised if your application has been successful.
  • Not all applications are successful.

Successful Application and completing the paperwork

  • An appointment will be arranged for you to complete & sign the tenancy agreement.
  • If you do not live in Nelson, this can be done by facsimile or email.
  • At this time payment will be required.
